The Approach

Every successful outcome follows a disciplined process.

1

Investigation

Document discipline, timeline reconstruction, and pattern identification. Systematic evidence gathering creates leverage for resolution before litigation is necessary.

2

Negotiation

Understanding the opposing party's pressure points enables strategic negotiation. Experience on both sides of institutional disputes informs the approach to achieving maximum recovery.

3

Litigation

When negotiation fails, we're prepared to try the case. Public defender jury trial experience combined with aggressive civil advocacy holds defendants accountable through the courts.
