Case Review Details

Here's what you get:

  • In-depth review of your lease, notice, or court documents
  • Clear explanation of Washington law and how it applies to you
  • Written analysis of your options and best next steps
  • Straight talk about your situation—no sugarcoating

You'll understand exactly where you stand and what your options are.

Important

This is a limited consultation, not ongoing representation.

Issues that require a separate, ongoing representation agreement in writing:

  • Representing you formally at a hearing or trial
  • Ongoing legal advice after case review
  • Negotiations with landlord or other party
  • In short, legal representation will require us to agree on specific terms that can be discussed at the consultation.

After the consultation

You own the analysis and the documents. What you do next is up to you. You can:

  • Represent yourself (pro se)
  • Hire another attorney
  • Settle directly with the other party
  • Hire Rivercrest Law as your attorney if agreed, with any consultation fee applied toward representation pursuant to terms of legal representation agreement

Before we start, we'll sign a simple agreement that spells out exactly what's included and what isn't.
